Traditional marquees

Traditional marquees are made to comply with all modern standards, but keep the traditional look with wooden poles, guy ropes and pegs.

Our windows are almost the full height of the walls and clear to make the most of the vista. The marquees can be opened up at the sides on sunny days.

For weddings and parties our standard quote includes the following:
Fully wooden floored (in 8’ x 2’ sections)
The ivory lining is in either of three styles: plain (traditional only), pleated or lightly ruched. A valence is included which can be in ivory or any of the following colours…white, ivory, lemon, pink, peach, lilac, royal blue, pale blue, burgundy and green.

The valence is where the walls meet the roof and can be used to bring in a complementary colour to the flowers.
Window-walling, where required, is included in the quote. We use windows that are almost the full height of the walls as we feel that these provide the best view of scenery or gardens in Scotland.

Chandeliers are included in the quote. Uplighters are available at an additional cost.

We also have black starlight linings (frame only) which provide a magical star effect on the ceiling.

In our initial quotes we provide an estimate, which includes furniture and facilities where required, to give you an overall idea of price. This does mean that the first phonecall can take longer than others, but means that the cost shouldn't escalate later on.
